Mission Statement

Rutherford County Jail Ministry (RCJM) is a Christian based outreach for the local churches, in Rutherford County Tennessee; to reach out and meet the spiritual needs of the incarcerated. It is our goal and purpose to share the message of Salvation and to fulfill the mandate of the Great Commission of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior :

 

“ Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in [ a ] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20 .

Our religious programs and services are conducted seven days a week, 365 days a year, and are geared to share God's love and forgiveness, help bring offenders to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and assist them in discipleship and service in adding .
